As of this week I am starting a pledge to myself and you are free to join me. My goal is to intake 125 ounces of water daily. For me that is (4) 32 ounces of waters. To some, drinking water is easy but for me it is a struggle. Water literally tastes like nothing or in my words “blah.” Me being a sugar addict I would rather have something that has sugar in it. But as I am growing older and working out on a consistent basis I know the importance of drinking water. The importance to stay hydrated. Not being hydrated has started to impact my body in so many ways and not enough water can make you think you are hungry when in fact you are not. So I am challenging myself to do better.Wish me luck!
