I am an over-thinker, so much so that I usually tend to stress myself out. I worry more about the what ifs than the what is. I think about how others perceive my actions instead of just doing what I want. My thoughts then begin to inhibit my every move. My over thinking have made me question everything so much so that I have stopped caring. Again focusing on the what ifs rather than the what is. It may sound weird when I say care more and think less but it rings so true. On a daily basis our minds is bombarded with thoughts and daily stresses that often times we have no time to care because we are too busy.
So I guess this post is just a reminder to me is take time to care. Take time to do things that I care about. Less thinking and more doing.
