Choices

I can choose to meal prep or I can choose not to. I can choose to workout or I can choose not to. I can choose to take the instructions from my trainer and/or doctor or I can choose not to.  It’s like the quote from the Hamlet play…to be or not to be that is the question.

To choose to live a healthy lifestyle or to not to…

Every day we make choices and those choices impact us. I have been spending a lot of time trying to adjust my choices and in the same breath understanding what my past choices have done to me both mentally and physically.  I am choosing to do research on how the body works and how it is supposed to feel when it is functioning at 100%.

I think for the 28 years of my life I have been walking around and living content in my circumstances and in my physical body. I chose that  and now I am choosing different.I must say in all of my research …wow what an information overload. But its nothing like your body shutting down to be the wake up call to start making different choices. The impact of stress can have on your body is just mind-blowing am! I choosing to educate myself because I want to know and understand all that there is to know about my body. Recently I have made choices that have helped me and stabilized me and over the next 2 weeks I will be sharing everything I have learned thus far and new choices I have made for myself that have been successful.

Your days are filled with choices it is up to you on what and how you choose to live each day.
